• Reply to comments directly via your dashboard

You must be 13 years or older and have a valid Google/YouTube account.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload
• You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service
• You may not use our services for illegal or harmful activities

• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials
• Do not share your account with others
• You may delete your account at any time

By using our platform, you grant us permission to access your YouTube data via Google's OAuth system. We only access data required for video uploads, comment management, and metadata updates.

You can revoke access at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions.

We follow Google’s data handling guidelines as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for:

• YouTube API outages or restrictions
• Loss of uploaded content
• Incorrect AI-generated metadata
• Unauthorized access due to your negligence

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• We are required by law
• Our service is discontinued

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
